Burgers on the Deck

For Boodles Bday we had some amazing burgers with family and friends. We recreated that action today after church on the deck. It was a joint effort between the kids, Kgördee, and I. I love cooking with Kgördee because we have the same sense of how we want the food to be and the importance of each ingredient to the experience of the meal. Most of the time our meals together are hurried through because of school or homework or callings. It was the perfect day to relax on the deck with the kids and eat good food and not have anything pressing to attend to.
