Two down, one to go!

So winter is on it's way and we are trying to get ready around here.
These are a few hats I whipped up over the last few weeks. Hats are so
satisfying because they are quick and easy. Though the ears on Jane's
hat did give me some trouble it wasn't too bad. I'm sure if I ever
learned how to read a pattern I would save myself a world of hurt, but
patterns are scary and mysterious. Maybe I'll learn how next year, hmmm.

I think it's amazing that people can make things without patterns . . . I can't make anything without one. You did a great job!

Carrie, I would love to be able to read patterns. It's like learning to read all over again though. I'll have to work on that. Notice though how simple my knitting is. If I wasn't so afraid of patterns I would be a much better knitter!
